Aegean Script Family

Undeciphered and partly deciphered writing systems used in Bronze Age Crete and Cyprus before the Greek alphabet reached the Aegean: Linear A, Linear B and the Cypro-Minoan Syllabary. Belongs here: any script attested on Bronze Age Aegean or Cypriot administrative tablets and seals. Does not belong here: the Greek alphabet itself or its later descendants, grouped under the Greek Script Family, and any Brahmic or Semitic-derived script used far outside the Aegean.
