Prison Fellowship is an evangelical Christian ministry founded in 1976 by Chuck Colson, a former Nixon administration official who was himself imprisoned during the Watergate scandal, to serve incarcerated people, ex-prisoners, and their families. It runs in-prison programs, re-entry support, and the Angel Tree program providing Christmas gifts to children of incarcerated parents. It sold its former Lansdowne, Virginia, campus to Alliance Defending Freedom in 2021 as part of a shift toward a more virtual staff model, while maintaining an office presence in the same area.
