Second Presbyterian Church is a large congregation in Memphis, Tennessee, founded in 1844. It was one of the founding congregations of the Presbyterian Church in America in 1973 after leaving the former PCUS, but its own site now states it "is a member of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC)," which it joined in 1989. It operates from a campus on Poplar Avenue in East Memphis, offering worship, education, and mission programs.
