Horagalles

Sami Deities
Horagalles glyph

Horagalles is the thunder god of the Sami people, his name possibly meaning Thor-man, reflecting a resemblance noted between his cult and that of the Norse god Thor. He is also known by names such as Grandfather, Bajanolmmai, Dierpmis, Pajonn and Tordom, and belongs to the wider Sami pantheon alongside the live sun goddess Beaivi and wind god Bieggolmai; Sami deity names and roles vary considerably between regions, with some deities merging or splitting depending on local tradition.
