Vichama, in Andean mythology, was a god of death and a son of the sun god Inti. After his mother was killed by his half-brother Pacha Kamaq, already recorded in this same wave, Vichama took revenge by turning the humans Pacha Kamaq had created into rocks and islands, and afterward hatched three eggs from which a new race of humans was born.
