Gums (Incense)

Incense materials that are gum resins taken from plants, such as galbanum, onycha and storax, which are named among the ingredients of the biblical incense. An entry belongs here when its article describes the material as a gum or gum resin used as incense. It excludes true resins, woods and herbs. The group page lists related materials together so that a reader can compare how incense was gathered, prepared and used in worship.
