The entries grouped here are notes about a tradition's prayers rather than prayers themselves. They exist for traditions whose devotional material survives only in fragments, is known at second hand through the accounts of outsiders, or has been reconstructed by a modern revival from sources that do not preserve continuous liturgical text. Each one records what is known about how that tradition prayed, and says so instead of presenting a reconstruction as though it were an attested prayer.
