Modern Pagan and Heathen Organization

Gathers organizations of the modern Pagan, Heathen, Wiccan, Druidic and related new religious movements founded from the twentieth century onward: covens, orders, fellowships, umbrella councils and civil-rights bodies built around a revived, reconstructed or newly created pre-Christian or nature-based tradition, whether Wiccan, Heathen or Asatru or Odinist, Druidic, Goddess-centered, Slavic or Baltic Rodnover, or a related eclectic new religious movement drawing on the same milieu. A member belongs here for its identity as a modern-era Pagan, Heathen or witchcraft religious organization founded by a named individual or small founding group, distinct from the ancient historical religions, deities and rites of the same regions catalogued elsewhere in this atlas, and from the general interfaith and internal reform movements gathered under Movement.
