Moravian Church

Groups the spreadevent entries documenting the Moravian Church's spread from its eighteenth century renewal at Herrnhut in Saxony, through an unusually early and extensive missionary program that established communities across the Caribbean, Greenland, North America, southern Africa and elsewhere well before most other Protestant bodies undertook comparable missions. Belongs here: any event marking the Moravian Church's establishment in a new territory. Does not belong here: the Herrnhut renewal's own founding events; the spread events of any other denomination.
