Passage

Bhagavad Gita 11:32

Bhagavad Gita

From the theophany of chapter 11. Robert Oppenheimer's famous 'I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds' is a paraphrase of this verse; the Sanskrit word is kala, time, which several translators render as death because time is what destroys. Swarupananda keeps Time, which is the more literal choice.
