Mythic places reached by crossing or by hidden knowledge: the Buddhist kingdom of Shambhala and the Norse rainbow bridge Bifrost. A realm belongs here when its cited article describes a hidden land or a bridge between the realms. It excludes intermediate planes. Examples in the atlas include Shambhala and Bifrost. The two places share only the fact that they lie outside ordinary travel, and a third place of this kind would be admitted by the same test.
