All Narrative

This group holds the events set in narrative or mythic time rather than a datable year, among them the births of Ganesha, Hanuman, Krishna and Rama, the burning of Holika, and episodes from the Ramayana and Mahabharata such as the lifting of Mount Govardhan and the recovery of Satyavan by Savitri. It excludes events a source tradition itself treats as historical, however early, which are classified under Foundational or another kind instead.
