Tao Te Ching groups its own internal divisions, the two halves traditionally called the Dao Jing and the De Jing, together with the eighty one short chapters those halves are further split into in every standard edition. The chapter count and the two part structure are the text's own long standing arrangement, not a scheme devised for this atlas, which is why this grouping runs long where most other scriptures in this category divide into far fewer parts.
