The five thieves of Sikh ethical teaching, the inner enemies Guru Granth Sahib names as obstacles to union with the divine: ahankar (ego), kam (lust), krodh (anger), lobh (greed) and moh (attachment). Belongs here: one of these five named thieves as Sikh scripture and practice frame them. Does not belong here: a similarly named fault from another tradition's own list, such as the Dharmic vices shared across Hindu, Buddhist and Jain ethics, which name comparable faults through different scripture and a different fixed structure.
