The Budshishiyya is a Moroccan Sufi order, a branch of the Qadiriyya, founded by Abu Madyan ibn Munawar al-Budshish in northeastern Morocco in the 1940s. It is the largest tariqa in Morocco, with several hundred thousand followers, and outside Morocco has its greatest number of adherents in France, among both Maghrebi immigrants and French converts, including the politician Bariza Khiari and the rapper Abd al Malik.
