All Theological and Legal Treatise

Gathers doctrinal, legal and philosophical works of sustained argument: treatises on theology, ritual law, scriptural commentary and exegesis, and a denomination's own governing and disciplinary code. A member belongs here for its sustained, reasoned treatment of a doctrinal or legal question by a named author or authorized body, distinct from the scripture and founding texts gathered separately that a tradition holds as its own primary authoritative source rather than as commentary or argument upon one.
