As with the thirteen-card group, spreads are sorted by card count regardless of how many fall at a given number, so this heading exists whether or not it turns out to be a genuine cluster.

Twelve-card spreads
This small group holds a twelve-card tarot spread, an extensive layout, often built on the twelve houses of astrology or the twelve months, in which twelve cards give a broad survey, as in a reading for the year ahead.
The browser will find the spread the atlas classes here. The entry describes its positions and their reading. The atlas presents tarot reading as a modern divinatory practice.
