This page groups tarot spreads by how many cards each layout actually uses. Wikipedia notes tarot card reading "typically begins with formulation of a question, followed by drawing and interpreting cards to uncover meaning," and different spreads call for very different numbers of drawn cards. Browsing by card-count lets a visitor find every spread using the same number of cards.

Twelve-card spreads
This small group holds a twelve-card tarot spread, an extensive layout, often built on the twelve houses of astrology or the twelve months, in which twelve cards give a broad survey, as in a reading for the year ahead.
The browser will find the spread the atlas classes here. The entry describes its positions and their reading. The atlas presents tarot reading as a modern divinatory practice.
