Names, sigils and lands

The governors' names and sigils are drawn from the letters of the Great Table by paths that Dee recorded, and each is linked to a geographical region in a scheme that reflects the Elizabethan map of the world. The governors are among the most detailed features of the Enochian system and are used in its practice alongside the calls of the Aethyrs.

The atlas gives each governor its Aethyr, its name and sigil, and its attributed region. The Aethyrs the governors are distributed among are treated in their own category, within Ceremonial & Esoteric Magic.
