Thirty Five Years Painting Sacred Geometry

Francene Hart has worked as a visionary artist for more than thirty five years, building a body of paintings centered on sacred geometry, the study of geometric patterns believed within various spiritual traditions to carry symbolic or mystical significance. Her technique layers multiple transparent watercolor glazes with overlapping imagery to produce compositions she describes as visions of a multidimensional reality, incorporating recurring animal and nature imagery including jaguar, raven, octopus and dolphin figures alongside geometric forms.

In 2001 she relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii, where she has lived and worked since from the town of Honaunau, and has described visits to sacred sites in the Amazon, Central America, Egypt, England, Scotland, Paris, Cambodia and the Himalayas as direct influences on her painting.

Her work has appeared on numerous book and magazine covers and in galleries nationally, and she has published through Inner Traditions and Simon and Schuster, including Sacred Geometry Of Nature and the card sets Sacred Geometry Oracle Deck and Sacred Geometry Cards For The Visionary Path, alongside teaching workshops on mandala construction and sacred geometry. Her sustained, decades long specialization in a single visual and spiritual theme distinguishes her from tarot and oracle creators working across broader subject matter, and her publisher relationships with established presses such as Inner Traditions place her work within a specifically visionary art publishing tradition rather than mainstream divination card publishing.
