Forty Five Named Figures Recast as Keepers of Light

Keepers of the Light Oracle Cards is a forty five card deck Kyle Gray created with artwork by Lily Moses, published by Hay House in 2016. Its organizing system differs from Gray's angel focused decks in one clear way: rather than keying its cards to angels, ancestors or archangels, each card is named for a specific historical or spiritual figure the deck presents as a keeper of light and wisdom the reader can call on, drawing its cast from a broad range of traditions rather than one closed source. That figure based structure sits between the single addressed prayer form of Gray's earlier Angel Prayers deck and the growing archangel roster of his later The 22 Archangels Oracle, each of the three organizing a similar card count around a different unit, prayer, archangel or named figure.

Lily Moses's artwork also illustrates Gray's Angels and Ancestors Oracle Cards, giving the two decks a shared visual family published two years apart. As with the rest of Gray's catalogue for Hay House, Keepers of the Light presents its named figures as sources of guidance in a personal, devotional register rather than as historically verified accounts of each figure's life, consistent with how oracle decks generally treat their subject matter as material for reflection rather than as documented biography.
