No verifiable total or partial financial figure for KAPF's own waqf assets, investment revenue or annual spending could be confirmed for this entry. The Foundation's own website returned a closed-connection error on every attempt and could not be read directly, cutting off the most obvious primary source for its financial scale.

In the absence of a directly readable primary source, a Malaysia-based endowment-sector aggregator relays 2020-dated figures, a reported 40 million Kuwaiti dinar annual waqf investment revenue and 834 million dinars in unrealized investment gains, attributed there to an outside institute's own strategic report. Neither the aggregator's own institutional identity nor its figures could be corroborated against the institute's report or any other independently reachable source.

Because that chain of attribution could not be verified at any link, the figures are deliberately not recorded here as fact. The gap itself is worth naming: KAPF manages waqf investment on Kuwait's behalf, and yet no independently confirmed figure for the scale of that investment activity is currently reachable in the public record.
