The Enochian letters

This group holds the letters of the Enochian alphabet, the script of the Enochian system of angel magic received by the Elizabethan scholar John Dee and the scryer Edward Kelley in the 1580s, who recorded it as an angelic language revealed in their sessions. It was later taken up by the Golden Dawn and by Aleister Crowley.

The browser will find the individual letters and their meanings. The atlas presents the alphabet as a historical artifact of Dee and Kelley's work and its later magical use, describing each letter within that tradition.
