Even at this height, the line repeats the second line's counsel to meet with a great man, and the repetition is deliberate: divinatory tradition reads it as a reminder that no position, however elevated, is self-sufficient. A ruler still requires capable others; a person at the height of their own arc still benefits from partnership rather than isolated action. The line's good fortune is therefore conditional on continuing to seek out worthy company, not a guarantee that stands apart from it.
