This is a consistent feature across the twenty four figures: precise names of royal parents, cities, and dynasties are recorded with apparent specificity, which can give an impression of historical detail, while the overall chronological setting places the figure in a cosmological age historians have no independent means to access or verify.

Vasupujya's traditional association with a particular city as birthplace follows this same pattern, and Jain scholarship generally treats such details as meaningful within the internal logic and devotional geography of the tradition, connecting later pilgrimage practice and regional identity to specific Tirthankaras, rather than as historically verifiable claims about datable royal courts.
