Four Decades of Filed Accounts and Continued Grantmaking

This article records tradition as it has been passed down and reported. Its sources are not yet part of the atlas's verified catalogue.

The World Zoroastrian Organisation Ltd is a registered charity in England and Wales and is required to file annual trustees' reports and accounts with the Charity Commission, a statutory regulatory filing the Commission itself publishes on its public register rather than a voluntary disclosure the organisation chooses to make of its own accord each financial year on its own initiative.

Its own trustees' annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 report total income of about 221,481 pounds sterling against total expenditure of about 197,242 pounds sterling, funding grants to needy Zoroastrians and affiliated organizations across the UK, Canada, Georgia, India, the Netherlands, Pakistan and the United States for poverty relief, education and sickness relief. It continues today, according to those filed accounts, still working as an umbrella body granting support to Zoroastrian communities and affiliated organizations across all seven of those countries, more than four decades after its 1980 founding in response to displaced Iranian Zoroastrians' resettlement needs in the West.
