Theodore of Pherme was an Egyptian Christian monk who lived in the desert of Scetis in Lower Egypt during the fourth century and is counted among the Desert Fathers. He was a monk at Scetis and may have trained under Macarius the Great and Pambo. He was ordained deacon at one point but declined the position out of humility, preferring to live in solitude, and later moved to Pherme after Scetis was sacked by raiders in 408.
