The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) is the flagship seminary of the Conservative Jewish movement, ordaining rabbis and cantors and training scholars and educators. Founded in 1886, it is located on Morningside Heights in Manhattan and holds one of the world's largest collections of Judaica in its library.
