Sixth & I Historic Synagogue is a non-denominational, non-membership Jewish congregation and cultural venue in downtown Washington, D.C. The 1908 building was constructed for Adas Israel Congregation and later served a Black Baptist congregation before being restored as a synagogue and public gathering space in 2004. It hosts religious services alongside lectures, concerts, and civic events open to the general public.
