Festival (Religious Events)

Public festivals of ancient and traditional religion, such as the Great Blot at Uppsala, the Roman Ludi Saeculares, the Panathenaic Festival of Athens and the Chinese Ghost Festival. An entry belongs here when its article presents a recurring or one time festival of a religious community. The group page lists events of the same kind together so that a reader can compare how different religions remember and record such moments.
