Position 2 in Its Cycle (Ages)

Ages that stand second in a sequence of ages, such as the Silver Age of the Greek myth of ages, the Second Sun of Aztec cosmology, the age of the Son in the three-age scheme of Joachim of Fiore, the Buddhist age of the semblance Dharma and the second era of the Jain descending half cycle. An entry belongs here when its tradition places it second in its own cycle. Ages are read here as stages of a cosmic or moral cycle, and the group page sets such stages side by side so that the same position in different traditions can be compared.
