Inija Trinkūnienė

Inija Trinkuniene is a Lithuanian ethnologist, folklorist, sociologist and psychologist who is the high priestess, or krive, of the Romuva community of the old Lithuanian faith, head of the folk music group Kulgrinda, and a founding member of the European Congress of Ethnic Religions. She became high priestess after the death of her husband Jonas Trinkunas, the previous high priest, in 2014, and was a featured speaker in the Indigenous Plenary Session at the Parliament of the World Religions in Toronto in 2015.
