Otto Sigfrid Reuter (1876 to 1945) was a German writer and organiser central to the neopagan current within the völkisch movement. Trained for a career in telecommunications, he began his völkisch-religious activities with the 1910 pamphlet Sigfrid oder Christus?! and went on to found some of the earliest organisations for Germanic neopaganism, promoting a decentralised form of pagan practice without priests, in contrast to Ludwig Fahrenkrog's more hierarchically structured Germanic Faith Community. His major theoretical work, the 1934 Germanische Himmelskunde, concerned the Germanic star map and has been described by scholars as parascientific.
