Zorian Dołęga-Chodakowski

Zorian Dolega-Chodakowski, born Adam Czarnocki, was a Polish ethnographer and archaeologist whose field research and Slavophile theories about the ancient Slavs, though unconvincing to academics, influenced Polish cultural life. He argued publicly that the Christianization of the Slavs had been a mistake and privately described himself as a pagan, and is recognized today as a pioneer of Polish Native Faith.
