Large Cats

Large Cats gathers the big felids recorded in this atlas as spirit animals. Wikipedia defines Felidae as the family of mammals in the order Carnivora commonly referred to as cats, and describes the members gathered here as large cats or large felines: the Lion, the Tiger, the Leopard and the Jaguar, each a large cat of the genus Panthera, and the Cheetah, a species of large feline and the only living member of the genus Acinonyx. Each remains its own recorded animal; this group node exists to gather them under the shared creature-type facet.
