Rosaleen Norton

Rosaleen Norton, who used the name Thorn, was an Australian artist and occultist who adhered to a form of pantheistic Neopagan Witchcraft largely devoted to the Greek god Pan. Living in the bohemian Kings Cross district of Sydney, where tabloids called her the Witch of Kings Cross, she led her own coven of witches; she was inspired by the night side of magic, studying the qlippoth and forms of sex magic she had learned from the writings of Aleister Crowley.
