Zodiac Reading Cards

Zodiac Reading Cards is a thirty six card deck astrologer Patsy Bennett created with artwork by Richard Crookes, published by Rockpool Publishing in 2018. Its guidance draws from the sun, moon and stars of Western astrology across the twelve zodiac signs, a structure that divides thirty six cards across twelve signs, three cards per sign, giving each zodiac sign more than one card rather than the single card per sign a smaller deck might use, and distinguishing its organizing method from Yasmin Boland's Moonology decks, which key their cards to the moon's monthly phase and sign rather than to a fixed allocation per sign.

At thirty six cards it carries one of the smaller card counts among the decks covered here, above only Kyle Gray's twenty two card The 22 Archangels Oracle, and still well under the forty four to fifty five card range common across most other astrology and general guidance decks. Read for guidance drawn from the sun, moon and stars across the twelve zodiac signs, the deck applies modern Western astrology's twelve sign system directly to its card structure, an approach that ties its organizing logic to an existing, well documented symbolic system rather than an invented one.
