The Organization Terms
These terms apply to any organization that claims, is granted, or is approved for an organization page on the Divinity Atlas, and to everyone the organization seats as an admin, editor, moderator or staff member of that page.
What you may publish
An organization page may publish material that describes, represents or speaks for the organization: its own writing, books, pages, quizzes, events, announcements and forum discussion. It may not publish material that infringes another party's rights, that violates the site's content rules, or that misrepresents the organization's identity, affiliation or standing.
You hold the rights to what you upload
By uploading or publishing anything through an organization page, you attest that the organization holds the rights to that material, or has the right to publish it, and that publishing it here does not infringe anyone else's rights. A book upload carries this attestation explicitly; every other upload carries it by the act of publishing.
The operator may suspend or remove content
The site operator may suspend an organization's page, reversibly, without deleting its content or membership, when a concern is raised and not yet resolved, or when the page is found to break these terms or the site's content rules. The operator may also remove or retire specific content found to infringe rights or break those rules. A suspension or removal is recorded, and an organization's admins may raise a concern about a decision with the operator directly.
Member data
Data about the people who join, follow or interact with an organization's page is handled the same way as everywhere else on the site, under the Divinity Atlas Privacy Policy. An organization does not gain any access to a member's account data beyond what that member has chosen to share by joining or interacting with the page.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the organization program on the atlas grows. Continuing to hold or use an organization page after a change means you accept the updated terms.
