Ruled By Planet

Connects an entry to the planet that rules it in traditional astrological correspondence, such as a herb ruled by Venus or a decan ruled by Mars, where the planet is itself a planet entity in this atlas. It adds a durable, comparable entity identity for the existing ruling-planet enum fact recorded on those entries; it does not replace that enum fact, which continues to classify every member exactly as before. The inverse reading, Planetary Ruler Of, names the same relationship from the planet toward each entry it rules.
