This is not a separate work: it is UNESCO's own inscription record for Semah, one entry in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the same kind of official register this atlas already records elsewhere for other inscribed practices (compare Manipuri Sankirtana's own citation). Its strength is the Intergovernmental Committee's own vetted, published nomination assessment. Its limit is that it is a heritage register record rather than an ethnographic field study of any one Cem community's own practice.
