The Science of Mind Archives and Library Foundation's own institutional record for the television programme "This Thing Called Life," the movement Ernest Holmes founded holding its own primary custodianship of his work. Its "About Ernest Holmes" page states outright that "in 1956 a half-hour television program by the same name aired for a short time in the Los Angeles area," a visual companion to his weekly radio programme of the same name begun in 1949. The Archives has remastered and republished the one surviving episode under its own title, "Ernest Holmes TV Program 'This Thing Called Life' - Remastered Edition."
