The Victoria and Albert Museum's own collection record for "The Prophet Isaiah," a stained glass roundel panel of the Cologne School, Germany, dated circa 1470 to 1480. The record gives museum number C.48-1919, a diameter of 9.375 inches, and a physical description of Isaiah emerging from a crown while holding a scroll inscribed "PUER NATUS EST NOBIS," a child is born to us, a messenger panel likely accompanying an Annunciation or Nativity scene in a church window's tracery lights.
