Canada

Cities and towns in Canada that hold significance to this atlas's religious subject matter, continuing this type's own one-country-per-subcategory convention already followed for dozens of other countries from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan. Antigonish, a town in northeastern Nova Scotia, is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Antigonish, the first entity recorded here for the country, and further Canadian sites join this heading as the atlas's coverage of Canadian religious history grows.
