Humility, one of the five Sikh virtues (Panj Gun) opposing the Panj Vikar, held as the direct counter to ahankar (ego, the fifth of the Five Thieves) and embodied institutionally in practices such as seva (selfless service) and the shared, hierarchy-levelling meal of the langar.
