Named authors, datable origins

Human Design was formulated in the late 1980s by Ra Uru Hu (Robert Alan Krakower), who reported receiving it in 1987 and combined the sixty-four I Ching hexagrams, the astrological placements, a nine-centre adaptation of the chakras, and the Tree of Life into the bodygraph. The Gene Keys were set out by Richard Rudd in 2009, mapping the same sixty-four hexagrams onto a progression from shadow to gift to siddhi.

The atlas describes these systems and their components, noting at each point which older tradition a given element is drawn from, so a reader can see the synthesis for what it is.
