A Classical Greek terracotta statuette titled "Terracotta statuette of Nike, the personification of victory," late 5th century BCE. The winged goddess is shown flying, her wings once attached in separate slots now lost. Held today by the Metropolitan Museum of Art under accession 07.286.23, Greek and Roman Art department, acquired through the Rogers Fund in 1907.
