La Science Cabalistique is Lazare Lenain's own 1823 tabulation of the seventy two angels, giving each one's qualities, governed degrees and periods, associated verses and talismanic characters. This atlas states its actual influence plainly: it is the direct ancestor of nearly every modern popular list of the seventy two angels, and the specific attribute column now reproduced across many later sources traces back to this book, almost always without credit. The atlas cites it as the tradition's own compiled reference table, not independent scholarship confirming the correspondences are historically older than Lenain's own compilation. Use it for what this specific nineteenth century system asserts.

Facts
Assessment
Reliability Tier
3
Lazare Lenain's own 1823 compilation of the seventy two angels, self-published by the author at Amiens with no outside editorial process. It is the direct ancestor of most modern lists of the seventy two, but it is the tradition's own compiled claim rather than independently verified history, the same tier this atlas gives a tradition's own uncorroborated compiled claim elsewhere, so it moves here from tier two.
Notes
Tabulates the seventy-two angels with their qualities, governed degrees and periods, associated verses and talismanic characters. The direct ancestor of nearly every modern list of the seventy-two, and the source of the attribute column now reproduced almost everywhere without attribution.
