Cognitive Bias groups psi-adjacent claims that mainstream psychology already explains without invoking anything paranormal, distinct from the other Psi Phenomena groupings, whose claims parapsychology researchers and skeptics still argue over. The Forer effect belongs here because its mechanism, a vague description read as personally accurate, is replicated science, not a contested ability. The label marks where ordinary perceptual bias ends and a paranormal claim would begin.
