Interviews with Oscar Ichazo

Oscar Ichazo founded the Arica School, and this Arica Institute Press volume records his own interviews on the teachings he developed, including the Enneagram-based personality typology later adapted widely outside Arica itself. As Ichazo's own recorded statement of his teaching it is the correct source for what Arica itself claims to teach. Its limit, and the reason this sits at tier three, is that it is published by the founder's own organization about the founder's own system, with no independent editorial or academic review standing between Ichazo's claims and the printed page, so any claim about the historical origin or validity of the system's ideas should be checked against independent scholarship.
